About AllbitsAllbits has been succesfully trading for 18 years. We currently have three branches in Kent with over 5000 square foot of showroom space. This Internet site trades from our New Romney branch, which currently employs 9 staff. The branch hosts a large showroom and also a plumbing trade counter. Supplying a quality product is just the beginning.... We realise the importance of quality service and strive to provide this to our customers, before and after the sale.
All fragile and breakable items i.e Shower doors,trays,baths and mirrors are delivered on our own transport, to ensure a safe delivery. Our vehicle carries out a 5 day run each week. As a general rule, south east deliveries are carried out each Monday and deliveries to the remainder of the Country are normally Tuesday through to Friday. Delivery runs are scheduled at the start of each week, and as long as we have a contact telephone number we will phone to advise estimated delivery dates. Please be patient - we can only give delivery dates once our weekly schedule has been compiled. Although we try to give accurate delivery details, this is subject to change and must be treated as a calculated estimate. Please allow 10 days for goods delivered on our own transport. All other goods such as taps, towel rails, showers e.t.c are delivered by Business Post couriers. Once dispatched, goods are delivered on the next business day.
Business Post is a recorded delivery service and a signature will be required. Please make sure your address details are accurate and include a contact phone number.
Online payment with Paypal allows you to pay using a Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Maestro card or by using a PayPal account. This is for your maximum protection. Goods will only be delivered to a PayPal confirmed address, thus minimizing the risk of your card being used illegally. In addition you will be covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection scheme in addition to your normal rights. Do I need to have a Paypal account to order? No. During the check out stage, you are securly transfered to the Paypal payments page. Here, you are given the choice to pay by either; Logging on to paypal using an existing Paypal account. Or, Pay by Credit or Debit card. Paypal will simply and securly collect your billing and delivery address and credit/debit card details to complete the transaction. Is Paypal safe to use? PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
Any delivery charges can quickly be checked as you browse our site. A shopping basket summary is shown at the top of each page. Delivery charges are recalculated each time your shopping basket changes. All prices shown include VAT @17.5%. There are no hidden costs!
